The 'Connoisseurs Choice' collection brings together rare & sought after single malts from some of Scotland’s longest established distilleries; we mature & bottle spirit from distilleries as diverse as Caol Ila on the island of Islay to Strathmill in Speyside.

MacPhail's Single Malt Scotch Whisky is distilled to their order & then matured in their own casks either at its place of birth or in the MacPhail warehouse in Elgin.

Through 'Private Collection', individual casks have been selected by directors, bottled, & released with cask number, vintage, & natural strength detailed on the label. Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee
On the 6th February 1952, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II acceded to the throne of the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland & became Head of the Commonwealth.
Distilled on 2nd February 1952, four days before the Queen acceded the throne, the whisky was bottled on 2nd February 2012 at cask strength, making it exactly 60 years old.
Speymalt From Macallan Distillery
As of the spring 2018, 'Speymalt from Macallan Distillery' will continue to be bottled occasionally; however, it will only be released in selected worldwide markets.
Established in 1824 & situated overlooking the fishing beats on the River Spey, the Macallan Distillery produces a wonderfully complex spirit which we then carefully mature in quality oak casks ordered specifically for the 'Speymalt from Macallan Distillery' range.
